• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, customer billings, production, labor reporting.
• Review reports for accuracy and timeliness; prepare annual labor, capital and expense budgets.
• Monitor plant performance against budget; analyze variances and recommend actions.
• Establish procedures for periodic inventories of plant assets and ensure asset records.
• Oversee month-end closing and ensure accurate period results.
• Evaluate projects for ROI and drive cost-control initiatives.
• Develop staff and maximize contributions through training and leadership.
