Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Controller in Tampa, FL to lead month-end close, internal controls, and financial planning. This hands-on role partners with Manufacturing/Operations and reports to Finance leadership.

The candidate will own ASC 606 revenue recognition, budgeting, and variance analysis, while coordinating audits and maintaining GAAP compliance. Strong MS Excel and Power BI skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience with cost accounting or financial analysis preferred.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems (IFS Cloud, BPC a plus).
• CPA or CMA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and ensure accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain SOX controls and governance over financial processes.
• Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition and related forecasting.
• Prepare budget, forecasts, and variance analyses with operations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support compliance.
• Provide FP&A support to operations and site improvement initiatives.
