Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong detail orientation.
• Desire to understand financial analysis details and trends.
• Experience with budgeting, audits, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance, Accounting, and Operational Data programs to support annual goals and long-term strategy.
• Manage all accounting functions and staff; provide leadership to the team.
• Develop financial reporting processes for sales, operations, and management data.
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
• Mentor administrative functions and optimize resource investments.
• Lead annual budgeting and target setting in partnership with leadership.
• Provide financial insights to operations to improve performance.
• Deliver operational data and metrics to drive results.
