The position requires 15+ years in progressive accounting, with FAR cost principles and indirect rate experience; CPA preferred and ERP familiarity (Oracle NetSuite) emphasized. Hybrid work at Louisville HQ.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership and close/reporting responsibility.
• Federal government contracting experience including FAR Part 31 and overhead-rate audits/negotiations.
• Strong GAAP, project accounting, revenue recognition, and working-capital skills.
• Experience in project-based government contracting (AEC) and ERP familiarity (Oracle NetSuite).

Aufgaben

• Lead accounting operations, GAAP financial statements, balance-sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and monthly/year-end closes.
• Oversee FAR-compliant cost accounting, overhead and indirect cost rates with audits and rate negotiations.
• Manage project accounting and revenue recognition across contract types; monitor margins and cash flow.
• Support budgets, forecasts, audits, tax coordination, and PE ownership reporting; assist with due diligence.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordination of federal/state/local tax returns and notices.
• Lead and develop the finance team; improve systems, processes, and reporting.
