Job summary

KEITH Engineering Design seeks a Controller with strong accounting experience and hands-on Deltek Vantagepoint expertise. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage day-to-day accounting, month-end close, budgeting, internal controls, and audit support.

The role emphasizes scalable processes and collaboration with project managers and executives. You will lead the accounting function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on accounting with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Deltek Vantagepoint expertise is essential.
• CPA preferred and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in professional services or project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, payroll review, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Execute month-end and year-end close processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls.
