Job summary

KEITH is seeking a detail-oriented Controller to lead day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and close processes. The role requires hands-on expertise in Deltek Vantagepoint, strong GAAP knowledge, and collaboration with the Director of Finance to support growth.

The successful candidate will manage budgeting, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance while driving process improvements and ensuring accuracy of financial data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience with hands-on month-end close and financial reporting.
• Controller/Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager roles; CPA preferred.
• Experience in professional services, architecture, engineering, or project-based environments preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgeting analyses.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate audits and tax requirements and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.
