Job summary

lumesp is seeking a hands-on Construction Accountant to lead full-cycle accounting for a large residential development project in Florida. You will manage AR, AP, job cost accounting, billing and revenue recognition, and own the monthly close and financial reporting.

You will maintain accurate books, reconciliations, and controls specific to construction accounting, and support project leadership with cost analyses, cash flow, and financial updates.
