You will lead a team, drive budgeting processes, manage cash flow forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A CPA or advanced degree is a plus; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting or finance with relevant experience.
• Master's degree or CPA is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate audit activities and maintain internal controls.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and reporting with minimum cash thresholds.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize cash position strategies.
• Oversee budgeting and monitor financial metrics by division and company.
• Supervise accounting team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for leadership.
• Monitor debt levels and covenant compliance.
