Job summary

Purple Hires Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional in a fast-paced environment to manage full-cycle AR, AP, payroll, banking, and reconciliations. You’ll handle QuickBooks-based transactions, bank activity, and month-end close while ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• Solid AR, AP, banking & reconciliation experience.
• Experience with month-end close.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) – billing, invoicing, collections & aging
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) – invoice entry, coding, approvals & payments
• Payroll administration and employee payroll records
• Daily banking activities – ACH, wires & checks
• Bank, customer & vendor reconciliations
• QuickBooks transaction management
• Month-end close and maintaining accurate financial records
• Weekly AR & cash-flow reporting
• Customer and vendor communication
