The role centers on managing controls-focused projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee client communications, develop plans, and lead project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of directly related control system Project Management experience in Life Sciences and related industries.
• Experience with control system configuration/software development.
• Understanding of control systems and instrumentation in project execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Ability to formally manage scope and changes to projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million dollar projects annually, supporting company strategies.
• Oversee multiple projects with varying schedules, budgets, and constraints.
• Ensure effective client communication across all phases of projects.
• Resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues; mitigate execution risk.
• Develop project labor and procurement plans to meet schedules and cash flow.
• Maintain project cost budgets, earned value, and contingency.
