Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical or related field.
- 5+ years in Servo/ Motion/ Navigation control.
- Experience with classical linear and non-linear control, including digital control.
Responsibilities
- Attend customer meetings to understand requirements for linear/non-linear and digital controls.
- Collaborate with design and development teams on control systems.
- Document system-level concepts, mission statements, and platform integration needs.
- Verify and validate complex system designs against specs and requirements.
- Support proposal development with technical writing, cost estimating, and presentations.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, specifications, and standards.
- Communicate designs, results, and status clearly to stakeholders.
- Work independently and with internal/external organizations.
