Responsibilities

• Processes submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Pricing, tracking and managing change orders.
• Maintaining as-built drawings and project records.
• Submitting hours and cost codes; planning project completion and punch lists.
• Preparing specifications for materials and equipment; submitting O&M manuals.
• Assisting in development of full estimates and vendor evaluations.
• Managing coordination, logs, and schedule; identifying value-added cost savings.
