Job summary

Harvest Midstream Company seeks a Control Room Systems Engineer to serve as technical lead for CRM, CPM, leak detection, and related OT. You will ensure reliable, compliant control room operations through engineering support and performance optimization.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of pipeline operations experience, with SCADA familiarity, data analytics skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of five years of engineering experience in pipeline operations.
• Experience with SCADA systems and pipeline control applications.
• Experience supporting CPM or leak detection systems.
• Knowledge of PHMSA Control Room Management regulations (49 CFR Part 195 and/or Part 192).
• Strong data analytics and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for control room operations, including system reliability and performance.
• Lead or participate in root cause analyses for control room system failures and events.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor implementation through completion.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation for CRM requirements.
• Lead alarm management initiatives and KPI development.
• Manage projects involving control room technologies and system upgrades.
