Job summary

Hilcorp Energy Company seeks a Control Room Systems Engineer to lead CRM, CPM, and leak detection initiatives in Houston. You will partner with SCADA and Automation teams to ensure reliability, data quality, and regulatory compliance across control room operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of engineering experience in pipeline operations and CRM regulations.
  • Experience with SCADA systems and pipeline control applications.
  • Experience supporting CPM or leak detection systems.
  • Knowledge of PHMSA Control Room Management regulations (49 CFR Part 195 and/or Part 192).
  • Experience with alarm management programs.
  • Strong data analytics and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for pipeline control room operations, including system reliability and performance.
