Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in system design and API design for highly available services.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python with production-grade delivery.
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives and architecture decisions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native tech, observability, and secure software practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale control plane and platform services.
• Drive cross-team initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and reliability risks, improving performance and maintainability.
• Set technical bar via reviews and mentorship of senior engineers.
