Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent design and industrial control experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical for control system design.
• Hands-on experience designing, assembling, and testing industrial control panels.
• Experience programming PLCs and HMIs; VFD setup and testing.
• Familiarity with UL 508A standards and certified panel shop processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP experience helpful (training provided).
