Job summary

L2x Talent Solutions in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement industrial control systems for custom automation projects. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in industrial controls, automation, machine building, OEM equipment, drive systems, or related industries.
• Experience developing 2D electrical schematics and control system designs.
• Exposure to full project lifecycle, including component selection, system design, and quote or proposal support.
• Experience creating control panel layouts and panel designs using 3D CAD software; SolidWorks Electrical preferred.
• Experience supporting purchase orders, project documentation, and manufacturing/build activities.
• Ability to provide technical support to panel builders, electricians, and manufacturing teams during system assembly.
• Experience with ERP systems for BOM, project, or material management; Prophet 21 experience a plus.
