Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts Systems & Integrations to lead the Contracts enterprise applications and business integrations. You will drive Oracle Fusion implementations, acquisitions, and system enhancements, bridging business needs with technical delivery.

You will oversee contracts-related system integration activities, including requirements, data migration, testing, cutover, and continuous improvement, while ensuring governance and data integrity across the platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years in government contracts, ERP/CLM implementations, or transformation.
Experience leading ERP or CLM implementations and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle and order management.
Experience with data mapping, migration, interfaces, and validation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Contracts functional lead and SME for Oracle Fusion and related systems.
Lead integration activities for acquisitions, migrations, and enterprise implementations.
Translate business needs into system requirements, workflows, and designs.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, PM, Supply Chain and others on processes.
Support end-to-end contract and order management processes including setup and billing.
Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
Support integrations between Oracle Fusion, TechnoMile, Salesforce, Unanet, and others.
Maintain documentation, test plans, and governance of enhancements.
