The Ed Wallach Search Group is seeking an experienced contracts professional to lead complex contract negotiations, manage risk, and support customer engagements across technology and professional services agreements.
You will oversee contracts from proposal development through execution and closeout, partnering with legal, finance, delivery, and business teams to structure agreements that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contract administration with complex agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; US work authorization.
- Experience with negotiations, risk assessment, and procurement best practices.
Responsabilités
- Manage full contract lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts and statements of work.
- Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
- Develop strategies to strengthen contract management and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, delivery, and cross-functional teams.
- Support commercial, public sector, and federal contracting requirements.
- Apply knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other federal regulations.
- Improve processes, tools, and practices for efficiency and consistency.
