Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to lead administration, negotiation, and monitoring of commercial agreements across the organization. You will protect the business, track key obligations, and partner with cross-functional teams to support customer and supplier relationships.

In this role you will negotiate terms, manage milestones, assess risks, and provide clear contract guidance to stakeholders. Remote work within the US ET time zone is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in an equivalent commercial contracts role.
• Advanced knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, PO terms, subcontracts, supplier agreements, and NDAs.
• Ability to understand business objectives, identify major contract issues, and develop practical compromise solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and administer commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, and subcontracts.
• Negotiate contracts with substantial value and complex requirements.
• Monitor contract milestones, deadlines, obligations, renewals, and performance.
• Identify risks and compliance concerns, recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain contract databases, templates, and legal documents.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects with high accuracy.
