Job summary

SAIC seeks an Acquisition Specialist to support the NRO program in Chantilly, VA. The role requires a current Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph and involves end-to-end contract administration across multiple contracting vehicles.

You will translate research objectives into contractual language, bridge technical and procurement needs, and coordinate with the Program Office, SETAs, and contracting staff to ensure compliant, fiscally responsible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal acquisition/contracting.
• Experience with IC space, DoD, or NRO programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Group staff and Contracts staff to develop acquisition strategies, artifacts and documentation.
• Support planning, solicitation, evaluation, award and execution for IDIQ, TOs, BAAs, CRADAs, IAs, OTAs and commercial purchases.
• Draft market research, SOWs, ASC briefs, J&As, CDRLs, In Scope determinations and evaluation criteria.
• Provide acquisition advisory services during technical and cost evaluations of proposals.
• Collaborate with technical staff to document requirements.
• Support all aspects of contract competition including pre-award, source selections and post award.
• Provide acquisition support to COTRs and the Program office.
