The Sr. Contract Specialist role is responsible for reviewing agreements, handling the administration and customer contact activities associated with contract execution, and processing in accordance with company policies, legal and compliance requirements, and customer specifications. This role ensures the accuracy and consistency of contract content through coordination and validation with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, it involves tracking and reporting contract status and maintaining systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness. The role also includes training stakeholders on contractual requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, and evaluate agreements prior to signature to ensure accuracy and to interpret and influence performance requirements, delivery obligations, timelines, costs, and payment schedules, aiming to minimize Lash Group's exposure to risk.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and other subject matter experts to validate contract content and resolve inconsistencies promptly.
- Assess the need for legal review and engage Corporate Counsel or Vice President of Shared Services as needed; support these teams by managing priorities and customer expectations.
- Assist the Senior Manager, Contracts, with complex contracting issues.
- Develop and conduct training on contract policies and acumen for new hires and stakeholders.
- Support inquiries from business stakeholders regarding contracting, compliance policies, procedures, risks, and contract status.
- Manage contract software reporting.
- Maintain a library of contractual content, including commonly used language, special terms, and client-specific requirements.
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure tracking system accuracy.
- Manage contractual documents across all business platforms.
- Lead weekly contracting status meetings with business leaders.
- Manage the contract administration email inbox.
- Maintain template documents.
- Oversee the master contracting data repository for pending contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Requires a four-year Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification, with 5-7 years of experience in contracting or law firm settings. Must have knowledge of legal and contractual terms. Experience in the healthcare consulting industry is preferred.

- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, and experience with iCertis preferred.
- Ability to contribute ideas for improving team efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary Range*
$72,200 - $103,290. Actual compensation may vary based on location and other factors.
