QinetiQ US in Los Angeles seeks a Mid-Level Contracts Specialist to support government contracts and subcontracts for USSF and related programs. You will work with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure compliant contract actions and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal contracting, solid knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and experience with source selections, negotiations, and cost/price analysis. TS/SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAR and DFARS; knowledge of source selection procedures.
• Experience drafting source selection documentation and proposal evaluations.
• Experience with contract negotiation, administration, and execution; subcontract management.
• Experience performing cost and price analysis of material, equipment, and production cost estimates.

Responsabilités

• Assist Government to execute source selections per FAR 9.505-4 and draft evaluations.
• Provide contract and subcontract management support.
• Assist Government Contracting Officers in negotiations, contract administration, and execution.
• Provide guidance and determinations for program and business management teams.
• Advise on contractual rights, obligations, risk mitigation, and strategy.
• Develop acquisition strategies for follow-on efforts and manage IDIQ contracts.
