Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Contracts Principal to manage government contracts and proposals in support of the Army Navy Business Group. The role will prepare, negotiate, accept, and manage contracts to ensure proper acquisition and fulfillment in line with policies, legal requirements, and customer specs.

The position requires strategic thinking, coordination with business development, and risk analyses in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available nationwide within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 15+ years or more of related experience.
• Master's degree with 13+ years or more experience.
• PhD or JD with 10+ years or more experience. Additional years may be substituted for degree.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual documents for policy compliance and conformance to master agreements.
• Advise program management on contractual rights/obligations; represent as prime contact on contracts/projects.
• Interact with senior internal/external personnel on significant matters; coordinate between organizations.
