- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible paralegal work in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment capabilities.
- Experience with cloud, software, vendor and AI-related contracts.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Negotiate terms with vendors, consultants, technology providers, and third parties.
- Support AI tool use and improve contract processes and templates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel as needed.
