Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise straightforward commercial contracts, amendments, statements of work, and confidentiality agreements.
• Review contract redlines, identify substantive changes and risk, and suggest responsive language.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal clients, maintain templates and clause libraries, and ensure accurate records.
