Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across civil and U.S. Government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution; JD or advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years in contract formation and execution across civil, U.S. Government, and international contracting.
• Strong FAR/DFARS expertise, plus ITAR/EAR export control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for all contract lifecycle stages: proposals, negotiations, awards, and post‑award execution.
• Interface with civil and government customers on contractual matters.
• Provide end-to-end contract administration and risk/compliance guidance.
• Coordinate with finance, PM, engineering, sales, and legal to align commitments.
• Guide solicitation assessments including FAR/DFARS and export control considerations.
• Monitor contract compliance and deliverables throughout lifecycle.
• Participate in process improvement projects across contracts organizations.
