Job summary

Everett Ship Repair, LLC seeks a Contracts Manager in Everett, WA to own government contracting activities and build the proposal documentation capability for federal programs, including Navy work.

You will review solicitations, draft redlines, assemble compliance materials, and manage contract lifecycle from award through closeout with in-house counsel and leadership oversight. Remote arrangements considered; some travel to Freeland may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of government contracting experience, including federal work.
• Experience reviewing and redlining contract terms independently.
• Working knowledge of SAM.gov, PIEE, SPRS, and MSRA/ABR qualification.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations and terms; draft redlines and risk summaries; build negotiation positions.
• Assemble and submit forms, reps and certs, compliance matrices, bonding and insurance docs for proposals.
• Administer SAM.gov, PIEE, SPRS; coordinate CMMC with IT and Quality; support government grants and Navy qualifications.
• Negotiate and close deals post-award; manage final execution package with counsel.
