Job summary

Shared Ice Services is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to own government contract work across naval and federal programs. You will draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, manage risk, and build a robust proposal and submittal library for both commercial and federal bids.

The role requires 7+ years in government contracting, familiarity with SAM.gov, PIEE, SPRS, and MSRA/ABR, plus strong document control skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in government contracting, including federal work.
• Experience reviewing and redlining contract terms independently.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations and terms, draft redlines and risk summaries.
• Assemble and submit proposals, reps and certs, and supporting documentation.
• Administer SAM.gov, PIEE, SPRS; coordinate CMMC with IT and Quality.
• Lead commercial negotiations on price, milestones, and changes with counsel.
• Maintain contract files, modification registers, and tracking of deliverables.
• Own NDAs end-to-end and review PO terms and vendor/consulting agreements.
