Job summary

Vantage seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to drive commercial and contractual leadership for the WI1 Project Lighthouse, supporting multiple hyperscale data center builds from Port Washington. You will administer all contracts, manage changes, track obligations, and ensure compliance to protect Vantage’s interests.

The role partners with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations, demanding a high-caliber professional with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of construction contract management experience.
• Experience with large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing contracts over $100M in value.
• Strong knowledge of contract types and negotiation practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer all project contracts (GC, Master Construction, PM, Supplier, Utilities, OFCI).
• Lead project change management and review change orders for entitlement and compliance.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks; maintain issues and claims registers.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Project Controls, Procurement, and Operations.
• Develop executive-level contract status reports and KPIs.
