Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for the WI1 Project (Project Lighthouse) in Port Washington, WI. You will lead administration of all construction-related contracts, manage change orders, and ensure contract compliance across GC, suppliers, consultants, and customers.

The role requires 10+ years in construction contract management, experience on projects exceeding $100M, and proficiency with Procore, Excel, Power BI, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction contract management experience.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, semiconductor, energy, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Experience managing contracts exceeding $100M in value.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration principles and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Administer project-related contracts including General Contractor and Master Construction Agreements.
• Lead change management processes and evaluate change orders for entitlement and compliance.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and maintain issues/claims registers.
• Prepare entitlement analyses and support dispute resolution activities.
• Develop executive-level contract status reports and metrics.
