Job summary

Innovas is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead OT-based technology prototyping contracts for defense applications. The role reports to the Director, Contracts and requires extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoW policies.

The successful candidate will manage a team, streamline contract processes, and collaborate with government customers, performers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 7+ years of Government or DoW contracting experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Direct experience managing government-centric contracting portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Serves as contract SME on OT-based projects and leads the lifecycle from inception to execution.
• Reviews, signs, and approves actions up to delegated thresholds.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies, federal contracting regulations and statutes.
• Leads complex contract negotiations and mitigates risk for the organization.
• Provides training and mentorship to team members to support development.
