Job summary

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk assessment, and negotiation leadership. A Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in contract management and familiarity with FAR/ITAR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2+ years in large dollar contract management.
• Composite aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specifies all contractual guidelines to be followed during proposal preparation.
• Analyzes terms and conditions in solicitations and identifies all elements of business risk.
• Provides counsel to management regarding proposed contract liability, terms and conditions and compatibility with established company practices.
• Coordinates proposal approvals with the appropriate management level.
• Manages all change activity. Submits and negotiates all changes and claims with the customer.
