Senior Contracts Manager

Location: Remote

Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Supply Chain Contracts within the Supply Chain Contracts team, this strategic role within the Legal, Contracts, and Compliance function involves coordinating with business partners on supply chain contract matters, managing a complex portfolio of supplier contracts, and communicating with Interiors supply chain leadership to develop and execute contracts.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects.
2. Draft, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex contract documents for suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Analyze and report on contract compliance with negotiated parameters and company policies.
4. Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the organization.
5. Review contractual terms for acceptability and assess risks.
6. Collaborate with legal resources and subject matter experts to address risks through contract terms.
7. Update management on contract status, risks, and contingency plans.
8. Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and recommend process enhancements.
9. Track and report key performance metrics.
10. Represent the organization on legal issues related to contracts.
11. Maintain comprehensive legal records.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience; OR
• Advanced Degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience; OR
• In the absence of a degree, 13 years of experience.

Citizenship Requirement: Must be a US Citizen

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible start/end times, 8 hours/day)

Overtime: Unlikely; if needed, pre-approval required.

Remote Work: Yes

Potential for Temp-to-Perm: Yes, depending on business needs and candidate suitability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or an advanced degree in Business Administration.
