Job summary

Clinisys, a global provider of AI-enabled diagnostic informatics, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager in the United States (Raleigh area preferred). You will lead the end-to-end contracting lifecycle with suppliers, technology providers, and service partners, ensuring alignment with corporate risk thresholds.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years negotiating complex technology contracts and a strong background in data privacy, SaaS, and cloud agreements, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience negotiating and managing complex commercial technology and services contracts (SaaS, cloud, software, data, and professional services).
• Proficient in MS Office Products

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value supplier and third-party agreements.
• Translate business objectives into clear contractual positions on pricing, operations, service levels, data protection, and AI terms.
• Own complex negotiations, aligning internal stakeholders on priorities and presenting risk-based recommendations.
• Partner across Procurement, Finance, IT, QARA, Product to align terms with corporate objectives.
• Establish contract flow-down clauses to bind commitments to downstream subcontractors.
