Job summary

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is seeking a Contract/Grants Reviewer 4 to oversee procurement, preparation, and processing of standard and complex contracts and advertisements for consulting engineering services. The role includes training and guiding staff in these activities.

Qualifications

Experience in contracts or grants management, procurement, financial management, or accounting.
Ability to analyze data and apply practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Directs and guides project managers in developing scopes of services, contract requirements, evaluation criteria, payment methods, and schedules.
Manages staff preparing, posting, and amending advertisements; handling inquiries and Q&As; evaluating proposals; and preparing shortlists.
Serves as primary contact for consultants and Department personnel during advertisements and consultant selection.
