Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in senior government contract administration and leadership.
• Proven success managing diverse contract types (CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, LOT, OTA).
• Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic contact with executive-level government stakeholders.
• Direct full lifecycle pre- and post-award contract strategies for compliance and growth.
• Lead and mentor contract management teams; allocate resources and prioritize work.
• Structure contracts to optimize revenue, margins, and long-term performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, program managers, finance, legal, and BD teams.
• Oversee risk posture, dispute governance, and artifact integration into systems.
• Maintain operations in SCIF environments as required.
