Job summary

Ursa Major seeks a seasoned Director, Contracts Management to lead the contracts function across U.S. Government, commercial, international and strategic partnerships.

You will own the full lifecycle, shaping processes, templates and governance with cross‑functional partners in Legal, Business Development, Finance and Engineering. • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting regulations.
• Experience leading contracts across government and commercial programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle contract management for all contracts (pursuit, review, negotiation, award, administration, performance, closeout).
• Advise on regulatory obligations, flow-downs, and compliance matters across stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage complex agreements including NDAs, teaming, and subcontracts.
