Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel – Contracts to provide comprehensive legal support across the system. You will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of healthcare contracts, including IT, vendor, and physician agreements, and work closely with corporate leadership and local teams to resolve legal challenges.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and membership in good standing of state bar.
• Extensive experience with healthcare contracting, IT contracts, vendor and physician agreements.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical, solution-oriented legal support.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of contracts including IT, vendor, supply chain, physician, joint ventures, NDAs, and affiliations.
• Provide review, drafting and negotiation support for contracts.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and local teams, including the CIO, to support legal needs.
• Deliver practical, solution-oriented legal counsel across the Prime Healthcare system.
