Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in a contracts-related role.
• Law Degree and licensed to practice law in the US or Emerson jurisdiction.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and documents independently, including RFP/RFQ responses.
• Manages the Contract Services team across the Americas World Area.
• Leads complex international, multi-BU contracts and frame agreements.
• Acts as Global Contracts Lead on Strategic Accounts.
• Provides guidance on risk, compliance and business strategy to sales and project teams.
• Mentors and develops Contracts Services personnel.
