Digital Prospectors seeks a Senior Contracts & Claims Manager to oversee the commercial management of large and medium CAPEX projects, typically with spend of USD 5 million or more. You will protect contractual rights, ensure obligations are fulfilled, and drive value-for-money, schedule performance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering, project, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure robust contract governance and effective risk management

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial contract management for large capital projects.
• Experience managing budgets of at least USD 5 million.
• Strong ability to interpret complex contract terms and identify risks.

Aufgaben

• Define contracting strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain contract cost controls including progress measurement and cash flow.
• Review tenders and contracts with strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate major contracts and change requests.
• Coordinate change orders and dispute resolution.
• Support arbitration and dispute resolution processes.
• Oversee project commercial teams to optimize returns.
• Prepare summaries of key contractual points and deviations.
• Engage stakeholders across project management, procurement, legal, and finance.
