UnitedMasters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Affairs Manager for Translation in New York. You will oversee contract reviews, risk assessment, and licensing across production, talent, and IP clearances, working with producers, legal, and finance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in creative agency business affairs with SAG-AFTRA experience, strong relationships, and excellent communication skills to coordinate complex deals for non-union and union talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant creative agency/business affairs experience with SAG experience
• Experience working on Non-Union productions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilités

• Deck Reviews, callouts, advise on next steps
• Tagline research
• Risk assessment on content
• Manage Contracts: Production, Animation, Photographer, VFX, Edit, Location Releases
• Third party trademark/IP clearances and liaising with legal
• Track music costs and payments with Finance
• Oversee talent and unions negotiations and releases
• Submit Purchase Orders and Invoices and manage payments
