Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, healthcare management or related area, or the equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• 5 years of work experience in contracting or business process administration within PBM or other regulated industry.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual contract deliverables with internal teams for timely completion.
• Process and track contract modification requests with Finance data.
• Analyze provider performance trends (cost/utilization) for compliance.
• Support contract coordinators and RFP/system projects.
• Serve as business owner for State Comptroller, CMS, internal, or program audits.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
