Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance required.
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types.
• Understanding FAR/DFAR regulations and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize proposal activities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigate with appropriate provisions.
• Serve as key business advisor to program managers on contractual matters.
• Plan and execute negotiations of complex contracts and teaming agreements.
