Northrop Grumman Staff Contracts Administrator – Level 5 in Dulles, VA, is onsite 100% for critical missions. You’ll be a linchpin in defining the art of the possible from day one and work with multidisciplinary teams on contract management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s with extensive experience, an active SCI clearance, and strong negotiation skills to support Space Sector programs. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for leadership and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of professional experience, or advanced degree with fewer years.
• Active Top-Secret SCI clearance at time of application.
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types.
• Understanding the requirements of government regulations, such as FAR or DFAR.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize proposal activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigate with appropriate contract provisions.
• Serve as key business advisor to program managers on contractual matters.
• Plan and execute successful contract negotiations of a complex nature and favorable terms.
