Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance required at time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of professional experience OR Master’s with 10 years OR PhD with 8 years; additional 4+ years may substitute for degree.
• Experience negotiating and administering various contract types.
• Understanding government regulations such as FAR or DFAR.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize proposal activities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigate with appropriate contract provisions.
• Serve as key business advisor to program managers on contractual and operational matters.
• Plan and execute negotiations of complex contracts and teaming agreements to meet financial goals.
• Build customer relationships across geographic and organizational boundaries.
