Responsibilities

• Participate in contract proposal coordination for timely submissions.
• Participate in contract negotiations, administration, and customer activities.
• Collaborate with technical, program, finance, supply chain and security teams for contract admin.
• Ensure fulfillment of contract requirements; manage change requests and history.
• Review terms to address financial, delivery, IP, termination provisions and risks.
• Enter and maintain contract data in Contract Management System.
