Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in specified fields.
• FAC-C Professional certification required.
• Legacy FAC-C Level III Certification recognized.
• Completion of DoD Contracting Professional Certification or DAU/FAI Cornerstone learning recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-award and post-award contracting functions on high-dollar acquisitions with multiple contract types.
• Develop acquisition plans and prepare solicitation documents incorporating FAR and agency-specific policies.
• Lead contract negotiations and perform cost/price analysis to obtain favorable terms for the government.
• Provide authoritative procurement advice to management on complex issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields

FAC-C Professional certification

Legacy FAC-C Level III Certification

DoD Contracting Professional Certification or DAU/FAI Cornerstone learning
