Strategic Sourcing supports our enterprise-wide non-labor contract infrastructure across multiple departments. Skills set:

• Strategic thinkers with an understanding of how contracts support operations
• Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
• Skilled in gaining cooperation and closing deals with suppliers, partners, and team members
• Professional handling of objections and workload
• Analytical skills for complex categories and business solutions to improve performance
• Knowledge of sourcing processes from requirements gathering to RFI, RFP, and contracting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years of experience in Contract Management or related healthcare/corporate contracting
• 5 years in Contract Management or Medical Surgical, Physician Specialty (Implantable Devices), Purchased Services, or IT sourcing

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 6 years of People management experience in a leadership role
• 5 years managing IT application knowledge
• 3 years managing Physician Specialty Implantable Devices

Details vary by location, e.g., Anchorage: $48.27 - $76.22, Humboldt: $50.32 - $79.45, etc.
