Skills Set

1. Strategic thinkers who understand how contracts support operations
2. Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
3. Skilled in gaining cooperation and closing deals with suppliers, partners, and internal teams
4. Professional handling of objections and workload
5. Ability to analyze complex categories and identify business solutions to enhance performance
6. Comprehensive sourcing knowledge, from requirements gathering to RFI, RFP, and contracting

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years of experience in Contract Management or related healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities
• 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Medical Surgical, Physician Specialty (Implantable Devices), Purchased Services, or IT sourcing

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 6 years of People Management experience in a leadership role
• 5 years of managing IT application knowledge (if applicable)
• 3 years of managing Physician Specialty Implantable Devices (if applicable)
